What should I expect on the first visit?
 
You should expect to fill out paperwork detailing how you were injured, including filling out a medical history which takes approximately 20 minutes. You will then be called by the nurse to the examination room, your vitals will be obtained, and then you would be evaluated by the physician. The physician will ask further questions, perform an examination and order the appropriate tests that will assist him in documenting your injury. The patient will be initiated into physical therapy 2 - 3 times a week, provided medications if necessary or scheduled for injections as dictated by their medical condition.
